Your role
As a BA you are responsible for :
- Defining document process flow (ASIS/ToBe) with business
- Define IT requirement for new document layout
- Define digital flow of the document
But also be able to make test :
- Define scenarion
- Execute testing
- Validate digital flow for client and broker
Today, the client has a set of application that manage communication creation and sending. Some of these application don't have functionnalities to permit to easily digitalize communication.
Goal of the project is to migrate all communication's of these in Scriptura/PrintShop 2 and decommission the old application's
The communication are to be migrate in a life retail and corporate Context.
Your profile
Most of the communication are in French and Dutch, so be able to speak both language is a Plus.
